Plan, establish, direct and supervise health care activities within the 4225th U.S. Army Hospital (USAH) and Clinical Training Site. Serve as the principal staff assistant of, and advisor to, the commander. Responsible for the execution of staff tasks, the efficient and prompt response of the staff. Provide leadership in recruiting, training and retention to ensure the hospital is ready to mobilize and ensure all Soldiers are DMOS qualified and have opportunities for career advancement. Sustain effective family support structure to ensure optimal support during mobilization and other training or deployments.
