Moshier Studio is an architectural firm in Pittsburgh, PA. Our clients are interested in high-performance and sustainable work and learning environments, and recognize the value of our hands-on approach. We provide planning, architecture, and interior design to education, small business, recreation, community development and government clients. The firm was founded in 1998 as a sole proprietorship, became Moshier Studio in 2003 and now includes two principal architects and a designer. Typical projects designed by our firm range from to in construction cost. In addition to designing new buildings, additions and renovations, Moshier Studio also consults with owners and other design professionals on sustainable design and LEED certification. Most of our clients own, occupy and operate the buildings we design for them. For such owners, our design process leads to a facility that enhances their mission, and guides them through a process where stakeholders are heard, and responsible use of funds is demonstrated.    I joined Moshier Studio in 2003 and am responsible for design, project management and expertise in sustainable design. I am a LEED® Accredited Professional and have been active in the Green Building movement in Pittsburgh for over a decade. Iam a former member of the Board of Directors of the Green Building Alliance and was instrumental in the organization’s formation. I have led the sustainable design and LEED certification efforts for 5 projects completed by Moshier Studio. In addition, I also consult with other architects, contractors, developers and owners by providing LEED and green champion services on their projects I also have extensive experience in creating high performance spaces for customer contact centers throughout North America and internationally.
