I am a dynamic Operations and Manufacturing VP with more than 20 years’ experience in the Semiconductor industry. Focussing on transitioning products from concept phase into volume production, I have become an expert in supplier management, stakeholder management, continuous improvement and have total supply chain expertise.Over the past 5 years I have migrated into the Defence and Aerospace sector with a focus on small sat production and satellite communications for LEO, MEO, GEO phased array antennas.I am an extremely driven and self-motivated leader with a proven track record in process improvement using Lean, KANBAN, and six sigma practices.
