I am a highly accomplished HSE Professional who has contributed to a significant number of consecutive LTI free days within challenging and complex environments, having worked both Offshore and Onshore within the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing and Waste Management sectors. I am proven in demonstrating guidance and leadership in all aspects of HSE, able to deal with people at all levels and in varying situations. Consistently providing operational improvements, able to effect culture change within any organisation whilst maintaining a strong background in all aspects of HSEQ. A demonstrated ability in team building, mentoring and coaching employees, I influence a pragmatic and practical approach that enables efficiency along with safe performance. I have developed on-site experience in working on extensive projects on demanding sites within challenging, fast moving and hazardous environments. Whilst ensuring all health and safety requirements are met, working at a high standard to ensure work is completed to a professional level.
