Exercise is Medicine. I fully believe by enabling any kind of athletic performance, we improve overall health and longevity. My practice is focused on helping everyone recover from injuries and pain that limit their ability to exercise. I incorporate evidence based, non-operative treatments (ultrasound guided injections, prolotherapy, and platelet-rich plasma) along with multi-disciplinary care to help patients achieve rapid, optimal recovery. Additionally I utilize the Stellate Ganglion Block procedure to assist patients struggling with PTSD and associated symptoms.
