   Gary is a transactional attorney with a broad-based practice, including helping developers and property owners complete commercial real estate deals, assisting financial institutions in resolving lending disputes, aiding clients in general corporate matters and asset transactions, and serving as a trusted legal advisor to non-profit organizations.Gary’s real estate practice involves both commercial and residential development, including condominiums, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, residential subdivisions, medical office buildings and industrial parks. Gary represents developers and property owners in negotiating, financing, documenting and closing these types of complex commercial real estate transactions. He has experience assisting businesses in a wide range of lease arrangements, including office, restaurant, industrial, retail, entertainment production (film and television), medical and ground leases.He also guides clients in various corporate matters such as asset purchase agreements and transactions, and entity selection and formation. Gary also works with clients in implementing risk reduction measures.Gary represents financial institutions in managing distressed debts, loan workouts and foreclosures, including coordinating mortgage-related litigation on behalf of lenders.
