My role on the Opcom is to ensure the strategic objective of the UK business overall and the Energy Division specifically are achieved maximising profit and minimising risk.The division I am responsible for has a turnover of circa £170m, employing 600 highly skill people in caring capacities from General Management, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance of some the key assets of the SUEZ group. We focus on lean management principles to engage and empower our employees.
