Responsible for the design and execution of the Ruakaka-to-Auckland (RAP) multi-fuel Pipeline Realignment Project as part of the NZTA roads of national significance (RoNS) Northern Corridor Upgrade Warkworth to Te Hana new state highway project• Facilitate the Infrastructure Relocation Agreement between the key stakeholders NZTA, Channel, and First Gas, and designation alteration with Auckland Council under section 181(3) of the RMA• Proactively manage relationships between key internal and external stakeholders, in particular NZTA, First Gas, landowners, engineering consultants, and construction contractors• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement industry best practice in terms of construction methodology and risk management• Deliver the pipeline route selection geotechnical and engineering assessments (concept), FEED, detail design, and construction phases• Compile and update the project scope, execution plan, procurement and contracting strategy, programme, budget, and risk register, among other key project management deliverables.
