Data-Driven Leadership in Games & Tech | 21+ Years of Insight-Led and Systems ImpactI’m a director level data and analytics leader with over two decades of experience spanning ERP systems, Business Intelligence, and player & product insights - more than 15 years of that in management and leadership roles. Since 2014, I’ve focused on the video games industry, partnering with publishing teams and game studios to deliver data that drives decision-making, sharpens strategy, and deepens player understanding.My career began in ERP implementation and support roles, where I gained hands-on experience across finance, supply chain, and operational systems. Working in both project and support environments taught me the importance of stability, scalability, and cross-functional working. That same grounding shaped my approach in the BI space, where I\'ve been equally comfortable leading analytics initiatives as well as managing ongoing production support for data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools used across publishing entities and game development.In my most recent roles, I’ve led teams that deliver meaningful game and commercial insights, helping stakeholders understand their players, optimise experiences, and evaluate success across launches, campaigns, and portfolio planning. I’m comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders, guiding teams through ambiguity, and ensuring that data isn’t just accurate - but valuable.My hybrid background in ERP and BI means I understand how systems really work, and how to unlock their value for both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.I bring a unique mix of technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, and player-first thinking, with a proven track record of making data matter in high-impact environments.
