Sabre Corporation is a travel technology company based in Southlake, Texas. It is the largest Global Distribution Systems provider for air bookings in North America. Provide operational support to Brazilian 2nd largest airliner, GOL, and JetBlue airlines’ migration to Sabre system. Work with the DevOps team from pre-implementation, smoke test till post-migration complete system scan. Monitor the performance of incident management processes and seek to continuously improve the process in MTTR. Attend infrastructure and/or application turnover sessions to maintain an end to end understanding for incident resolution Work with System Owners to create and update Knowledge Base articles; script steps for remediation and monitoring of hosted applications Analyze existing Implementation, Change Plans and identifies areas for improvement based on Deming Model (Plan, Do, Check, Act); Works with stakeholders to communicate ITSM vision and benefits. Work with technical operations staff to define features needed to manage the production and test systems in the data center. Work in the test environment to provide maximum up-time to users. Develop strategies to eliminate gaps in service while improving efficiency and effectiveness Manage Incident, Problem, and Change of daily operations by using ServiceNow and JIRA.
