As my first partnership venture for WestHawk Capital, I am teaming up with 944 Capital Partners to form Alignment Realty Capital to focus on investment opportunities in triple-net real estate.Alignment Realty Capital (“ARC”) offers financial solutions for franchise operators and landlords to access liquidity from their tenancy or ownership of single-tenant real estate. This is achieved through both direct acquisitions and the deployment of structured debt or equity products. For tenants, a strategic sale-leaseback or high-leverage acquisition financing for their own stores can enable the monetization of the value they create through their leases, while providing a new source of working capital to support business growth. For landlords, the same tools are useful for executing a variety of business plans, or to divest from an asset where substantial lease restructuring may be necessary to aid the tenant.
