ABOUT GARY LANGAN CEMAP

For past 35 years, my career has been focused on business support and finance incorporating banking, asset finance, working capital and development finance. I have also forged an excellent working relationship with numerous business owners over the years. In addition, I am well known to many lenders, accountants and business growth hubs. I enjoy coastal walking, mountain climbing and am a member and regular player at Carlyon Bay Golf Club, near St. Austell. Since 2010 I have been a self employed paid by results Business Coach, coaching 20 Cornish businesses through a deep recession with a proven track record of growth and success throughout this stage of my career. From 2011 to the present day, I work alongside Pop Legend Paul Young, publishing and promoting his cookery book \'Recipes Found On My Travels\'​ with my partner John Such, organising a book signing and cookery demonstration tour throughout 2012 in Cornwall (incorporating Eden, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The National Trust, Waterstones and Club La Costa) and in Malaga in Spain in 2013 as well as arranging gigs and personal appearances for him While running Silven, I have used the 30 years experience gained within small businesses, regional and multi national lenders, managing portfolio\'s of SME\'s, everything from start ups to businesses turning over £15M+, incorporating residential, commercial and asset finance to coach, mentor, develop and encourage Strengths My thorough knowledge of all types of finance and passion,drive and the determination to ensure all my lending and coaching clients grow and prosper.
