Over the years, I have accumulated a wide range experience and knowledge working in different areas of pharmacy and holding positions with different and interesting responsibilities and job expectations. I have been in hospital pharmacy administration, retail pharmacy, a midnight hospital pharmacist, in pharmacy information services or informatics as it is now called, compounding pharmacist, Manager of the Compounding Pharmacy at Duke University Hospital, and also Big Pharma. I have a well rounded background in the healthcare industry which provides me a unique opportunity when talking to patients and other healthcare providers. I have always liked a challenge and enjoyed learning new job duties and responsibilities. From expanding pharmacy services to starting totally new and innovative practices.    Resigned my position as Manager and took a staff pharmacist position responsible for compounding pharmacy preparations, develop formulations, and support all other aspects of compounding. I decided that managing was not something I wanted to do any longer and decided to remain in the compounding pharmacy to complete major projects, and support the new manager to ensure the department\'s goals and objectives are met.
