Provide strategic direction, leadership, and management to the teams, and in support of the National Recovery Center’s Auto Accounts Payable, Vendor Management and Specialty, Loss Recovery functions, and in accordance with CRB Auto and Mechanic’s Bank policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines. Manages and leads the various teams that execute the successful completion of high impact and time sensitive procedures. Also responsible for providing service levels, direction and guidance to Dealer Service Centers, internal departments and external customers. Responsible to review, write, recommend and implement process improvements for department policies and procedures. Provides specialty account handling, guidance, advice, and assistance on a wide variety of Loss Recovery and Vendor Management issues to various business units. Evaluates the effectiveness of operational processes through creation and analysis of activity, statistics and related reports.* Directly responsible for Loss Recovery, Specialty Collections, Active Insurance deficiency oversight * Responsible for Accounts Payable and Collection Agency and third party Vendor oversight
