Earlier in my career, I spent five years at Dolce & Gabbana in Milan, Italy, working my way up from a junior position to become the company\'s Marketing Manager. My responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, managing brand events and coordinating international partnerships. I led several important marketing projects, enhancing my professional skills and understanding of the fashion industry. Through this experience, I developed strong brand management and market analysis skills.In 2015, I moved to New York to join Gucci as Marketing Manager. After hard work and outstanding performance, I was promoted to Director of Marketing and Development in 2018. In this role, I am responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, leading the team in market research, branding and business development, and working closely with the design and sales teams to drive the company\'s growth and brand presence in North America.
