To manage, lead and develop a New Homes sales operation to maximise revenue and profit within my operational trading areas. A fee earning role as an ambassador of Strutt & Parker providing Group services to generate sales income from business to business relationships and working closely with our Estate Agency colleagues to drive sales and increase business opportunities.Key Responsibilities• To ensure company standards of professionalism, presentation and quality of service are maintained and surpassed both internally and externally• To identify, generate and develop new business opportunities• To ensure developers’ requirements are satisfied and relationships maintained and strengthened at all times• Regularly communicate business strategies, business plan and performance with Senior Management Team• Take a lead role in ensuring all team members develop excellent business relationships with clients in order to drive sales performance• Ensure timely and accurate communication of internal management information• Identify training and performance needs for all team members in order to attract, develop and retain team members• Create and maintain succession plans to ensure business continuity and maximising talent potential• Participate as a member of the senior Strutt & Parker management team, in formulation, initiation and implementation of business strategy, policy and procedures for the company• Ensure proactive and regular contact with Group to drive performance and maintain strong relationships
