I’m a career administrator and people-first leader who spent 26 years in the U.S. Navy mastering the art of building structure, solving problems, and supporting others so they could do their jobs better.Throughout my service, I led high-performing teams in administrative and human resource functions across dynamic and high-stakes environments—coordinating everything from personnel evaluations and legal casework to travel logistics, awards processing, and executive-level communications. I’ve worked alongside admirals, service members, civilians, and foreign partners alike, always focused on one thing: delivering excellence behind the scenes so missions could succeed out front.What makes me different?
