ABOUT GARY HAMMOND MIMECHE

I am a highly motivated professional with over 15 years’ experience from a strong technical background with an excellent strategic and commercial awareness. I am a Chartered Engineer having completed a broad range of challenging multi-discipline roles in the Energy and Resources sector at all phases of maturity from Concept to Commissioning. In addition to my project delivery focused assignments, I have a undertaken several strategic assignments focusing my communication, collaboration and interfacing skills reporting directly to regional and global leadership teams determining and implementing strategic objectives aligned with; project, regional and global business objectives, as required. I am positive, and goal focused with experience in team leadership and client interfacing for delivery of Onshore and Offshore Projects as well as Portfolios with wide ranging projects and studies of all scales for client operations around the globe. My diverse range of assignments has enabled the development of a detailed understanding of the business dynamics and commercial drivers in the energy and resources sector. As a leader of multi-discipline project teams in the UK and in distributed workshare arrangements with subject matter experts and global execution centers I have developed a dynamic leadership style that embraces diversity and enables team members to engage in continuous performance improvement to deliver project success.
