   As Vice President of Mesa’s GIF Business Unit, Mr. Guyette works closely with other functional leaders in the company, including the Vice Presidents, Director of Finance, and Director of Information Systems, to develop strategic planning and implementation of Mesa’s corporate mission and vision statements. Mr. Guyette ensures the implementation of formal processes to support the Quality Assurance program, which includes Mesa’s policies and procedures for technical work, management, and administration. He is responsible for implementing processes and metrics to ensure Mesa is efficient and focused. Mr. Guyette is also responsible for contract negotiations, as well as contract reviews, evaluating scope of work to determine the technical and quality requirements involved and Mesa’s ability to successfully perform the scope.
