About Gary Gordon
Gary Gordon joined Houlihan Lokey\'s Real Estate Investment Banking Group in 2008 as a Managing Director following a 25-year career at JPMorgan Chase. Mr Gordon has led and or helped execute more than $30 billion of public and private real estate advisory assignments including, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, portfolio loan sales, debt and equity raising, restructuring and corporate real estate monetization transactions. At Houlihan, he is one of the Firm\'s senior partners in the real estate corporate finance practice and has participated in several notable real estate restructuring assignments.As a Managing Director in JP Morgan\'s Real Estate and Lodging and Investment Banking Group, Mr. Gordon served as Head of Middle Market Investment Banking. Previously, Mr Gordon led the Real Estate Advisory Group which was responsible for large loan underwriting, advising on principal investments as well as strategy for Special Assets and REO. Mr Gordon also served on the Board of Chase Community Development Corporation and participated on merger teams for several of Chemical and Chase major acquisitions of financial institutions.
