Scheduling of contests for teams, facilities.Paying bills for just about anything athletically related: Officials (umpires, referees, etc.), equipment, uniforms, facility rental, transportation, workers at games.Did all of the athletic transportation. Buses and minibuses. I am now also scheduling minibuses for basically every department or club that needs one, not just athletics.Ordering equipment.Overseeing the athletic trainer.Training individuals to work games.Game management from set-up to supervising to taking down.Supervision of spectators.Hosting various and many IHSA state series events (regionals for basketball and volleyball, regionals for baseball and softball.sectional for girls basketball). Hosting various tournaments for our school (volleyball, basketball, track, tennis)Have helped in the past with field preparation (lining, painting, laying out, raking, dragging, etc.)And, any miscellaneous items that aren\'t mentioned but come up daily.
