Gary Evans, director and founder of The Forest Bathing Institute, pioneered Forest Bathing+ alongside his wife Olga. Between them, they have led hundreds of woodland therapy sessions for the general public, health care professionals and world experts in nature therapy. Forest Bathing+ can significantly improve your wellbeing according to recent research from the University of Derby. The results showed a statistically significant improvement across 12 key wellbeing areas. Gary now regularly consults with government, universities, companies, healthcare providers, wildlife charities and landowners. Gary has been featured in numerous publications, including the Guardian and his media appearances include the BBC. We run Forest Bathing+ events with various wildlife charities nationally, including the RSPB and Woodland Trust. We are also working with a number of universities on replicating the Japanese science behind Forest Bathing in the UK. Our long-term goal is to have Forest Bathing accepted by the NHS, we have committed ourselves to accomplish this aim and are making steady progress.We are available to hire nationally and can accommodate small and large groups including corporate team building groups.About Forest Bathing.Forest Bathing is the English translation of the Japanese term Shinrin-yoku.
