I also have experience in Fissure Grouting, Base Grouting, Jet Grouting, Compaction, Permeation, and Compensation Grouting. The latter was undertaken on Keller’s Crossrail project, where we used Grout Module Pumps to control the flows and pressures, thereby controlling ground settlement. In addition to Site Supervision, a role I\'ve held for the past five years, I\'ve also served as a Divisional Safety Representative with Keller. Supervision and management are the areas in which I wish to progress. I see myself naturally transitioning into a Works Manager, Project Manager, or Construction Manager role from my current position as Site Supervisor.
