Department appraisals and reviews.• Writing of Construction Phase Plan (CPP), Microsoft Project Plans, Construction lifting plans, site setup and organisation, buying of key equipment, creation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) ready for project start.• Site support, supervising site activities, co-ordination and completion of test and commissioning.• Monitoring project budget, Application submission, schedule progress, customer deliverable and elimination of potential scope creep.• Project Audits, Project hand over / Close out and O&M submission.
