About Gary Dechert
I have worked in R&D and brand building for over 20 years. I am passionate about improving the lives of humans through innovative new products and experiences. I\'ve had experiences creating failed innovations (anyone remember Pringles Prints!) and wildly successful innovations (the scent booster category for Downy/Gain/Lenor globally). I\'m still just as excited to learn something new and partner with my team to make a difference. The best part of my job is serving the talented organization I\'m privileged to lead everyday.Outside of work I\'m father to 6 kids which keeps me busy but grounded. I\'ve enjoyed challenging myself in other areas such as marathon running and coaching sports.
