I have 18 years worth of experience in radio; both in the commercial sector and for the BBC where I have worked for 7 years. I started off as a freelance Broadcast Assistant at BBC Bristol. I held various technical roles within regional radio and TV, before moving to network 3 years ago as a Studio Manager. I gained a substantive contract not long after. I have since progressed on to my current role as a Operations Team Leader for the audio department at BBC Cymru Wales - a position I am hugely committed to.
