Gary regularly produces Expert Reports and specialises in disputes involving the assessment of compensation events; variations and true valuation matters, often involving programme delay. Gary supports clients in both dispute avoidance and dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation, adjudication, arbitration, and TCC proceedings.
