An electrician by trade, I’ve progressed through technical and management roles to develop a comprehensive understanding of every stage of project delivery. From reviewing design submissions and co-ordinating the early ICP/DNO works, through to construction, commissioning, and handover. I combine that practical experience with strong commercial and organisational skills to deliver complex, multi-site programmes safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. My work involves leading contractors, project managers and site engineers, overseeing programme delivery, budget management, resource planning, and performance reporting.
