Initially joined this multi-channel retailing company in 2007, progressed rapidly into senior leadership positions, appointed as Head of eCommerce Services, and shaped the transformational strategy involving digital, and rolled this out across seven major brands via IBM Websphere and eGain customer platforms.Throughout the intervening years, project managed a number of digital transformation and modernisation projects, including an IBM Sterling Order Management platform, and introduced BHS to this solution in 2011, and centralised 43 European websites onto a single platform, generating £multi-million revenues. Promoted in 2014 to Enterprise Infrastructure and Service Delivery Director and following a restructure, Technology Services Director, created a roadmap for technology, service and infrastructure, and a new department to support the corporate IT Strategy, in addition to a new \'Fit for the Future\' IT structure.
