Lead a number of projects across PG with IT at the core, duties have been: • Lead a new product launch for the business in the way of a Benefits Management System (BMS) to support Salary Sacrifice benefits for clients • Lead the development and testing to bring the product to market – working with a Portuguese OutSystems specialist provider to supplement our own Outsystems developers & testers • Lead the actual implement of BMS to key clients in the University of York, Secure Trust Bank and Cadent Gas • Leading the upgrading of our core employee facing OutSystems ‘Hapi’ platform. This is future proof our solution as well as increase security and enhance the user experience leveraging Reactive Web for slicker UX/UI • Leading a full Data Warehouse business project including supporting the business and tech requirements for the Data Model, enhancing functionality and date cleansing of SFDC & Sage 200 with outputs through Power BI
