About Gary Cicerini
Gary has over 20 years of experience driving performance improvement to working capital and EBIDTA, and leading diverse teams in complex environments to rapidly deploy supply chain capabilities. Across his career, he has defined strategies to set the vision for end-to-end supply chains, designed operating models to manage the future state supply chain, and setup performance improvement teams when challenges to an operations’ goals emerged.
