   I was brought on board as Regional Director to turn around the performance of this 110 locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey and New York introducing critical processes, Team building and strengthening team morale to build this region to one of the best in the company.The processes and programs I established with 9 district managers to implement in all of their stores drove productivity and market performance, increasing same store revenue by 10% per location and overall regional profit by 38%.In 2008, Rent-A-Center acquired a major rental purchase company, Rent-Way, operating 14 locations in my region. Following this integration, I achieved the best operational results in the company with consistent same store revenue and profit growth. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
