Leading customer-facing programs that deploy and operationalize autonomous small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (sUAS) for commercial customers. As part of Skydio’s Mission Success organization, I manage end-to-end program execution—from planning and deployment through operational handoff and long-term adoption—helping organizations safely integrate autonomous drone technology into real-world operations.I work at the intersection of hardware, software, aviation operations, and customer success to deliver scalable drone programs that support both piloted sUAS operations and dock-based remote flight operations. My role focuses on ensuring customers achieve operational readiness while aligning deployment strategies with Skydio’s technical capabilities and long-term product roadmap.Key responsibilities include:• Leading planning and execution of commercial UAS deployments, including dock-based remote operations programs• Managing end-to-end program delivery from initial planning through operational stabilization and adoption• Partnering with enterprise customers to develop operational frameworks including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Safety Management System (SMS) inputs, and maintenance concepts• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Mission Success, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations• Translating customer operational requirements into executable deployment plans and internal deliverables• Managing program scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across hardware, software, and operational workstreams• Identifying and mitigating technical, operational, regulatory, and logistical risks throughout deployment lifecycle• Supporting early deployments, pilots, and scaled rollouts as Skydio expands commercial UAS programsFocused on helping organizations safely and effectively adopt autonomous aerial systems to improve operational visibility, efficiency, and safety across commercial industries.
