Support team mentoring, along with continuing with Technical Support - supporting Sage Intacct, Sage200 and supporting modules (Sicon/Draycir/Eureka.) Mentoring involves quite a few processes- Helping team members with support queries- Helping team members with their case management and working to improve service. Also helping with knowledge and confidence in support- Will be involved with mentoring and coaching new starters who will be attending Sage Academy- Preparing and carrying out internal training- Recording webinar videos- Submitting help articles- Introductions carried out for new starters on the team - making sure they have all they need - Working with team leadership on training requirements - I\'ve also co-hosted multiple Financial training webinars for our customers, giving overviews and hints and tips for Sage200. ISupporting the internal team and external customers.
