Primary interface & management role for Service Design with Verizon overlay specialised services, sales and operations on complex and global opportunities. Required to provide executive level presentations and briefings, participate in technical/service meetings, support bid and proposal efforts, and procedurally represent complex service design & delivery solutions both internally and externally. Key partner in the solution team leading, documenting and presenting integrated solutions for complex bids based upon the client requirements and Verizons products/services, as well as those of 3rd party vendors in the end-to-end solution. Collaborate with internal parties to validate solution components, including optimising costs to meet business case needs specified by global solution executives. Work with transition leads to develop transition plans, documenting the integrated solution to shape deal economics. Participate in the transitioning of customer accounts from their existing environment to the fully transformed solution.Key Activities include- Managing and leading complex Service & Operational design activity- Partnering with sales and solution teams to assess opportunities, develop win strategies and optimise solutions- Validating end-to-end solutions that minimise operational and financial risks- Leading and developing the end-to-end Service Design, Delivery & Management Architecture- Leading and developing custom SOA/SLA- Leading complex resource builds for outsourcing and global service organisations- Key Contributor to contract negotiations- Key interface to core support organisations- Participating in due diligence activities- Validating solutions with internal and external groups to ensure that all components are supportable- Identify opportunities to standardise services and reduce costs- Validating and determining all 3rd party relationships in delivery of services- Collaborating with the transition team on transition activities
