A keen individual still learning but always willing to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results through team work, commitment and high standards.I started in retail at 14 weighing dog food in a garage to be sold in store since then I have held many different positions within retail where my key strengths are leadership,merchandising, KPI managment, high store standards.I wanted to try a new field of work and got myself into a great company at a local shopping centre and I job I did really enjoy, but once agin my passion for retail proved to strong and i decided to become a store manager, this sisnt work out as planned and I now find myself in the recruitment industry withing education and training its completely different and I\'m not afraid to say it\'s taking time to get used to but I will get there.I live for my 2 beautiful children whom are my biggest achievement in life and my motivation for wanting to succeed.https://my.indeed.com/p/garyb-c66tlz3
