ABOUT GARY BRYSON
An effective and commercially aware professional, I have an excellent record of delivering results within Further Education and the private sector. I have recently moved into the role of Partnership Development Officer within the Professional & Work-Based Learning Team of New College Lanarkshire in Scotland. In this position, I engage with industry and other partner organisations to connect them with Modern Apprenticeships, Commercial Training opportunities & other academic activity across New College Lanarkshire. This currently includes our SMART Hub, CLIC and Learning Well Projects. Highly motivated, resourceful and creative, I am passionate about developing opportunities for everyone at New College Lanarkshire and have successfully supported learners and employers towards this goal since my employment with the college began in 2011. I also consider myself to a supportive team member who demonstrates honesty, reliability and maintains the highest levels of professional and personal integrity at all times.
