Appointed as Country Manager for MENA to lead the newest start-up entity within the Creditinfo Group portfolio. • Developing country and regional leadership and operational infrastructures to drive the achievement of forecasts and targets. • Establishing and leading the high-performance regional team of 12+ specialists. • Leading day to day operations with financial accountability for P&L, EBIT, budgeting, cost controls and reporting. • Devising and executing strategies, sales and market business plans, targets and objectives to optimise country sales, business development and operational performance. • Contributing to the creation of marketing strategies to expand brand visibility and growth. • Creating and leading sales operations and the E2E (End-to-end) sales lifecycles across MENA. • Forging strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to maximise account growth and retention, while establishing robust new business pipelines to achieve sustainable revenue streams. • Pivotal involvement in complex deal structuring and contract negotiations with developers and key partners. • Owning project lifecycles for multiple, concurrent projects, monitoring deliverables, budget and resource optimisation. • Leveraging technology to drive process automation and improve operational effectiveness across the region. • Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills liaising with stakeholders across all levels with the ability to influence and communicate effectively to a range of audiences.
