I am an experienced Project Professional with a successful track record of delivering results in roles ranging from Head of Projects to Project Manager. I am capable of forming and leading Project/PMO Teams as well as delivering medium-to-large scale IT and Business change projects.I have over 15 years’ experience project managing IT and IT-led Business Change after an earlier background in engineering projects and operations. My main areas of expertise are Enterprise Application implementations (£250k to £5M for ERP, HCM, CRM, WMS), infrastructure, data centre and cloud migrations.
