Successfully manage teams in the UK, remote teams in the USA and Dubai, ensuring day to day running and administration of all fleet vehicles.Personally accountable for all failures reported within the team, guaranteeing correct engineering principles and methodology is utilised to support FMEA activities such as 8D practices.Train and mentor all team members in order to guarantee high levels of System and Sub-System knowledge of all vehicles in the fleet.Responsible for managing the powertrain robustness fleet. The fleet composes of between 40 - 130 vehicles at any one time, operating worldwide at over nine locations with a further three locations planned. It has been established to reduce powertrain warranty and tackle excessive warranty issues the business is currently facing. Effectively managed team members in fitting data loggers and populating data for analysis. Reporting failures and issues effectively through the AIM’s System. A highly experienced Lead Engineer responsible for current and future vehicle requests, ensuring all new vehicle attributes are ordered in a timely manner and are able to be tested and signed off from a powertrain and transmissions perspective.Developed test plans for all sites and markets to ensure all test cases are understood ensuring test Gateways are delivered against prior to milestone delivery. Prepare weekly reports for Senior Management Teams to review and implement action plans to resolve outstanding issues.
