Gary is the HR Outsourcing Research Director at NelsonHall, the leading BPO research and analysis firm, where he has global responsibility for HRO. In this key role Gary assists both buy-side and vendor organizations in assessing the opportunities and supplier capability across HRO, including, recruitment, learning, payroll, benefits, multi-process HRO and Talent Management. Prior to NelsonHall, Gary was on the AT & T Governance Team managing service delivery with its vendor Aon Human Capital Services, which was one of the largest HR BPO contracts in the industry. Due to the success of the partnership, AT & T/Aon were awarded HRO Relationship of the Year! Gary has been named to GlassDoors Top 50 HR and Recruiting Thought Leaders to follow and he has also been named an HRO Today Analyst Superstar 7 years in a row.
