I am an Installation and Logistics Manager with over 20 years’ experience across signage, manufacturing, production, and operations. My career progression from hands-on fabrication and CNC laser operation to senior operations leadership provides me with a strong technical foundation and a practical, delivery-focused approach to management.I have led workshop, production, and operations teams of up to 30+ staff, with responsibility for planning, scheduling, logistics, health and safety, and continuous improvement. As Head of Operations, I implemented lean process improvements that reduced production lead times by 15–25%, improved on-time delivery performance, and increased overall operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.In my current role, I manage installation and logistics operations for multi-site and high-value projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and transport. I am responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, consistently achieving 95%+ on-time project completion while maintaining full compliance with health and safety requirements.
