Lead Landscape Designer for Craine Projects- Business Development to introduce and respond to new project opportunities- Collaborate and develop trusting relationships with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their outdoor spaces- Develop proposals in partnership with Lead Estimator, including cost estimates and timelines- Create conceptual and detailed landscape designs using sketching and CAD software tools- Coordinate with Install Team Leads and oversee the implementation of landscape projects- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and partner with install teams to develop creative solutions for new or unforeseen challenges- Prepare construction documents and specifications, as required- Incorporate sustainable design principles into landscape plans and maintain awareness of effective changes and best practices in landscape design- Develop knowledge and experience of local codes and permitting requirements from municipalities- Develop and implement knowledge of local and available materials- Excellent written and verbal communication - Effective computer and technology skills to adapt to existing and support introduction of new online platforms, both in management and operation of business, plus design tools including Adobe, AutoCAD- Support in development and production of aesthetic that aligns with business\' values and cultureHorticultural & Maintenance (H&M) Team member, as required: training and support; maintaining health and presentation of gardens.
