About Gary Artist
During my successful leadership career with Bank of America, I advanced to the role of Senior Vice President in Treasury Services. I was able to expand my career experiences and lead teams, units and sites in the Sacramento, Seattle, and Southern California areas. From 2010 through 2017, I was responsible for ensuring our Line of Business maintained and improved servicing to our Commercial clients enabling us to celebrate receiving the JD Power certification for outstanding customer service 8 consecutive years. Through June 2021, I was the Business Risk champion improving audit and compliance initiatives throughout the line of business.in 2022, I joined Nano Banc as their Business Unit Risk Manager. In a year and a half, I helped the Banc reduce its MRA total from 22 to 6, and Examiners released the Cease and Desist order that was previously established. Currently, I am leading the Vendor Management & IT Risk area helping Nano onboard, organize, and review all Vendor activity along with IT remediation and controlsI hold an MBA from Cal State Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
