Over 30 years of C-suite experience as CEO, founder, entrepreneur, and advisor. Successfully led teams and companies in the fields of software technology automation, supply chain management, order fulfillment and distribution, and sales force automation. Serving multiple markets and industries throughout my career has given me a unique perspective on business & revenue models, strategy and execution - all of which I bring to my current roles.As an M&A Advisor, I work with and carefully advise CEO\'s and business owners in one of the most critical strategic transactions they will make - the sale of their business. As a Trusted Executive Advisor, I partner with clients and their executive teams to elevate performance levels, maximize their effectiveness and increase shareholder value in innovative ways. As an Executive Coach developing senior business leaders, I serve as a Group Chairman & Mentor for Chicago-based executive peer advisory groups that meet monthly to tackle business challenges, best practices and raising the bar on performance. As a former Adjunct Professor at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, I was honored to teach a new class on Entrepreneurial Sales, bringing the unique perspective of selling as an entrepreneur to a whole new level – whether it be raising capital, gaining early adoption or making a market.In recent years, I have served numerous board and advisory council roles including private-equity backed SAVO Group, an early technology pioneer in the field of sales force enablement. Currently, I serve as a board director for a fast-growing global distribution firm which has pioneered vendor managed inventory (VMI) systems. Also, I sit on an Advisory Council for a global tool manufacturing firm that serves the plastic injection molding industry and am a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
