I lead a team that enables marketers at Amazon to get their content on the website, at the right time, at the right place, to the right shoppers- I love building simple solutions for complex problems- I have built large softwares in ambiguous spaces ground up through junior and senior engineers, learning and coaching them in the process- I practice active listening and build the mechanisms that accelerate the team- I invest heavily in understanding the customers\' problem and tying it back to the business opportunity- I prefer staying closer to the consumer space where I can use my strength of doing user research, writing customer narratives, building MVPs and addressing feedback in quick iterations.And lastly but most importantly,I\'d always prefer to stay in an environment which is tightly knitted with the voice-of-customer, is bold enough to do the right thing for them and exemplifies diversity & inclusion in its core values.
