Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery & cost Effectiveness, As per schedule capacity planning accordingly machine matrix-Daily basis production planning, material and manpower requirements to meet Production schedule, Involve in BOM validation of master data correction & for new product-Upload customer schedule in our SAP HANA PPM system & run MRP MPS in every 15days as per adherence to control inventory. Plan & procure BOP parts & Raw material as per customer requirement on monthly basis.GRN register-Work with material department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level with daily follow up. Plan schedule and monitor movement in production cycle time to ensure continuous operations, track plan vs actual of production to find root cause analysis for maximize production and improve efficiency(OEE)-Track material shortages and provide immediate solution to maintain safety inventory stock-Material resource planning (Inventory),preparation of material requirement sheet according to sample product and buyer specification sheet, consumption of raw material-Responsible for optimum utilization of company resources i.e. man, machine, material-Work for new product development as per coming requirements.
