I’m a student-founder working on next-generation defence and strategic technologies, spanning underwater, space, and autonomous ground systems.I currently lead BlackVolt Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a VNest-incubated deep-tech startup focused on building indigenous platforms for defence and national security applications.Previously, I worked as a Project Intern at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where I gained exposure to defence-oriented R&D, real-world engineering constraints, and mission-driven system design.At BlackVolt Technologies, we are actively working on: 1) Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) for maritime and subsea missions 2) CubeSat & space-based initiatives focused on low-cost, indigenous access to space technologies 3)Autonomous ground systems (tank / ground drone initiative) for future battlefield and logistics applicationsMy role involves translating defence problem statements into engineering roadmaps, covering: • System architecture & subsystem integration • Simulation-driven design and early validation • Autonomy, navigation, control, and communication concepts • Identifying operational blind spots often missed at the theoretical stage• I actively engage with defence researchers, naval officers, scientists, and senior engineers to stress-test ideas against real operational realities.I’m particularly interested in: • Defence R&D collaborations and mentorship • Testing & validation facilities • Autonomous systems across underwater, space, and land domains • Building long-term indigenous defence capabilitiesOpen to meaningful conversations with professionals working on serious, high-impact defence and strategic systems
