In 20+ years I have had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading organizations such as Deloitte, BP, Diageo, Vodafone and Genpact. Here I have been responsible for advising CFO’s in outsourcing deal structuring, developing global finance operations strategy roadmaps, setting up GCC’s/ GBS’s from conceptualization to stabilization leading delivery of process transition and transformation leveraging automation and cutting edge industry leading technologies such as AI, ML and analytics for Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Banking, Mortgage, Insurance, Logistics, Utilities and Financial Services giants. I have managed and lead global Program teams across multiple geographies to deliver business critical outcomes, plan and design outsourcing strategy, large and complex transformation program delivery vehicles and Shared Services value realization goals.This has clearly been a dynamic and exciting journey where I have played a key role for organizations to realize benefits through multi-million dollar outsourcing and offshoring programs, helped identify and set up processes and processing centres in Asia, Europe and Africa based on capacity, capability, cost and continuity parameters with full P&L ownership. I have led solution development and RFX management for complex and very large-scale outsourcing RFP’s, transitioned large, complex and multi geography processes in the areas P&C Insurance, logistics, Accounts Receivables, Procure to Pay, customer operations and enterprise platform change management.As a professional I believe I am a go getter and have strong communication skills coupled with exemplary stakeholder management.
