About Garth R Johnson
Phd Leadership Studies. My research interest is how to increase capacity for spontaneity so teams and leaders can thrive and create adaptive change since complexity and VUCA conditions are our reality. Experienced leader and coach: leading teams, coaching project managers, advising organizational leaders. A theme across my work is serving as a bridge to create clarity and understanding. Some of my ways to contribute are offering perspectives and generating alternatives. What excites me is creating conditions for everyone on a team to grow and develop while everyone addresses challenges that accomplish something of real value. My focus is on facilitation that\'s rooted in how individual choices within a group influence change.
